By purchasing from us you will receive peace of mind knowing that your floor is in the right hands and will be installed correctly. We take online security extremely seriously and are committed to making shopping with us as secure as possible. All transactions and payments through SSL and are processed directly by Shopify payments or Paypal.

Most orders are dispatched from stock within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our standard delivery service takes up to 48 hours once the order has been dispatched. So normal lead time from order to delivery is 3-4 days excluding weekends.
In the unlikely event that we don’t have sufficient stock or if there is any other issues regarding your order we will notify you within 24 hours, but usually much sooner during working hours, excluding weekends. You will then be offered the choice of cancelling your order for a full refund or waiting until the date the product will come back into stock (typically 1-6 weeks).
While our couriers have been selected based on service and quality control, things can go wrong on rare occasions. It is extremely important to check the packaging for any visual damage to the goods on arrival. No claim with regards to damaged items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address, unless the product has been signed for as ‘damaged on delivery’. We will then make further arrangements with you to replace the damaged goods at the earliest possible date. After your order has been dispatched you still have the right to cancel your order, up to 14 days after you have received the goods under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
